Workshop/Lecture: 11 am – 12 noon: We will explore living consciously; ways to find the feeling of yoga in your daily life through svadhyaya or “self study”.
Relaxation Free Time 12 noon – 4:00 pm – Finding relaxation in our every day lives is often challenging. Four hours of “me time” is scheduled every day during the retreat. with a full day off in the middle of the retreat.
